This is a 4 week series that is prerecorded.

Living Wise is designed for all Women entering into Way of the Herbalist course and

for any Woman that wishes to know more about everyday rhythms & rituals for health & healing.

Ayurveda invites us to live a Seasonal Life & when we do it leads us to live a Sacred Life.

We become more rooted in the wheell of life, the natural rhythms and instead of pushing against we sync.

When we sync with Mother Nature we begin to understand our True Nature. When we know our True Nature we

become our own Healers. Women are Natural Healers and Ayurveda helps us to remember and awaken confidence and our Inner Medicine.

Ayurveda is the Mother of all Medicines.

Ayurvedic cleanses are deeply nourishing, loving and serve as a bridge to living a Seasonal Life. 

Here in the Northern Hemisphere the cleanse will start right on the Spring Equinox.

We will journey together for 5 days as the great wheel of life makes another shift and we will reweave

ourselves back into the Great Web of Life. 

Spring is a traditional time to cleanse.

It is also a very important time to take a Sacred Pause, slow down and deeply nourish ourselves.

To allow Mother Nature to Love us, so we can have energy and clarity as we shift into a new Season. 


As the snows begin to melt upon the mountain tops we too begin to thaw out from a long Winter's sleep.

Just like the rivers that flow wild and free we too want the waters within our bodies to do the same. 

Mother Nature is a true Mother. 

The very best tastes for nourishing the rivers of our body and reducing Kapha are the Bitter, Astringent & Pungent tastes. 

These  will be the very tastes we will be working with during the 5 days.
